There are ways we can sustain and actually refine our Kum through Nye by living, working, relating, daydreaming, or making plans. The transition should be made from doing Kum Nye with effort to being more effortlessly in the state of an abundance of energy, flowing, floating, and being recharged by being alive and being aware.
The moment practice begins you are planting the seed of a healthy, positive attitude. Intrinsic to the practice of these exercises is the decision to find satisfaction within yourself. Nourish this positive attitude and it will grow, developing and increasing your sense of balance, happiness, and relaxation.

In addition, this comprehensive program presents the 9 levels of Kum Nye.
Lesson 1 of Level 1 “Outer Kum Nye Relaxation”
The purpose of Kum Nye relaxation is to develop our body awareness. We learn that we are an ongoing embodiment of energies and this flowing energy is the nature of our being.
Lesson 1 of Level 7 “Power of Breath”
This course will introduce the power of the breath to bring together body, mind and senses.
