This 30 minute guided meditation has been extracted from Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche’s Kum Nye books, Tasting Relaxation (#3), Healing with Joy (Joy of Being). You will notice that relaxation is advised to go from the top of the head, down the trunk, to the feet. Whereas instilling our embodiment in Healing with Joy is from the base, all the way to the top of the head.
